1. Product & Availability
All products by speeq are released in limited runs.
Once a product is sold out, it will not be restocked.
Product visuals and descriptions are presented as accurately as possible. Minor variations may occur due to production processes.
2. Sizing Policy
speeq does not offer size exchanges.
Customers are responsible for reviewing size charts carefully before placing an order.
We strongly recommend measuring accurately prior to purchase.
Orders placed with incorrect size selection cannot be exchanged or refunded.
3. Returns & Defects
Returns are accepted only in cases of:
Manufacturing defects
Incorrect items received
Product damage upon arrival
In these cases:
Returns are processed free of charge
Return shipping costs are fully covered by speeq
Claims must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the product, along with clear documentation.
4. Shipping Policy
speeq provides free shipping on all orders, without minimum purchase.
Orders are shipped to all eligible destinations supported by our logistics partners.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier conditions.
5. Loyalty Record
Every completed purchase is recorded as part of speeq’s internal loyalty level system. This record may be used in the future for:
Priority access to releases
Invitations
Special allocations
Details of the loyalty structure will be disclosed separately when applicable.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once payment has been confirmed.

7. Limitation of Liability
speeq is not responsible for:
Delays caused by courier services
Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
Damage resulting from improper use or care of the product
